Went in for an oil change and to check my transmission fluid. When I came out, I discovered they had taken my hair bonnet off my headrest and used it to cover my steering wheel so they wouldnt get it dirty with their hands, instead of just cleaning up after themselves. That's pretty gross and unprofessional.

Joshua M. went above and beyond to help me with my dead battery. I normally wouldn't have Wal-Mart fix a flat tire but I was stranded and needed to get to an appointment. This guy Joshua was the best tech I've seen or experienced at Wal-Mart ever. He new exactly what was wrong and put a battery in a shopping cart. Pushed it out to my car to change the battery. Got me out of there quickly. I noticed Wal-Mart over charged me and went back to get the money I over paid. Took awhile but Joshua again stepped in and got my money back. Walmart should treat this tech right. He is a good tech for them to have.

I came in late Tuesday night with a flat tire out of nowhere. At first the young man I spoke to who clearly hates his job was very rude and made me seem like I was an inconvenience, when imagine how a flat tire after 1000 mile road trip with less than an hour to go make you feel!, then Manuel and I believe Gavin came around the corner. Completely different attitudes and totally saved my day!! It was Almost 7 o’clock, Closing time and those two men handled that tire like a beast and did not make me feel like I was a nuisance for even a moment in fact, told me and my 2 children to go hang out in the warm waiting area and they will have it done in no time!! So I just wanted to say thank you again to those two men (and I’m sure I got the second guy’s name wrong) but Manuel was absolutely wonderful and I appreciate you so much, my friend thank you again for making sure we made it home.

Had my tires installed at Walmart to get road hazard/tire rotation etc included. The tire rotation is an empty promise unless you want to stand around waiting a couple of hours for this 10 minute service. They won't schedule appointments for it, so you have to wait until the only tire guy gets done with the work they can charge for. From now on, I'm going to Discount Tire

I got an oil change there and it was good. The last checking me in was very nice and informative. At first it almost seemed that I couldn’t get an oil change because they didn’t have the oil and filter I needed, but she told me I could buy it at an auto store, come back and they’ll do it for me. But with double checking, they found what I needed. I also needed my tires balanced and rotated, but they couldn’t offer that, it was a maybe at the moment but most likely they couldn’t do it even if I waited. Other than that, if you need to get a quick oil change, that’s the place to go.
